Dropped my phone in water

So, i dropped my phone in water yesterday and after half a day or maybe even more i let the phone dry in the sun, phone is working perfectly, my single problem is that my screen keeps turning on and off like 5-6 times and even more and then it just keeps working normally until i unblock it then block it again
