Why isn't my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini able to turn on?

[AC Question]

MY mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini is not able to turn on

The phone freezes suddenly.
I removed the battery and placed back again but the phone is not able to turn on again.
I even could not see that the battery is charging on the black screen when I am charging the mobile.
I pressed and hold the power button many times with no chance.
I also pressed the volume button and the power button but no luck.
Any idea what is going on.

Do you see the notification light indicating that it is charging?

There is no notification light at all

Check the battery. Maybe it flows.

Try another charger /cable
