Why won't my Samsung SIII Mini turn on?

[AC Question]

My Samsung SIII Mini will not turn on.

10 days ago my phone froze out of the blue. It didn't respond to anything but the screen was on and the app I was using was on-screen. Just no response. Now, this would happen a lot and I was used to it. Me being dumb, I removed the battery. When I tried to turn it back on, it wouldn't.

I have tried everything that was on the internet not requiring unscrewing the phone. Nothing worked. I really need my phone but it seems like there is nothing I can do softwarewise.

At this point, I am willing to take the risk of unscrewing the phone if there is anything I can do. So if you have any suggestions as to what I should do -both hardwarewise and softwarewise-, it'd be really helpful.

Notes:
-The phone ran CyanogenMod 12.1.
-Been using it for 3 years and it's out of guarantee.

I agree with Belodion. Try replacing the battery and see if that fixes the problem. You can also try booting into download mode or recovery and see if it boots there.
