Hi everyone, I have a Samsung Mini S3 and on Thursday it just stopped turning on. It wouldn't charge and the battery was fine as I tried it in another phone. Yesterday when I tried to turn it on, it would make the vibrating noise it makes when you turn it on but it still wouldn't come on. Later it finally came on but after going to the home screen, it would just turn off and restart and would keep repeating the same process over and over and I had to take the battery out. It's finally charging now by both plug and USB cable but it won't connect to my PC so I can't save the files off there. Today I tried pressing the power button, home button and volume down as I read it online but all it says if you want to download a custom OS press up, to cancel press down. I don't know what that means so don't want to do that.
I'd appreciate it if anyone can help as I don't know whether to take it to get fixed or if there's a cheaper way of doing it. The main thing I want to do is getting the files off my phone. I've tried downloading programs like DR Fone but it doesn't support my phone so it won't work. Thanks!
