    Hello,
    I am using a Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300.
I deleted my ROM and decided to install android 4.3
I downloaded the ROM from the official Samsung website and installed Odin.
I've already done this so I haven't backed up anything.
I wiped all data and cache and went into download mode and started to flash it.
The bar (both in Odin and on the mobile device) fills up to third (1/3) of the way and just stops.
I've left it for several hours, it doesn't move.
I've downloaded multiple versions of Kies in hopes to reverse everything, it doesn't connect my device to the program though.

    Now I am stuck.
I think I have accidentally disconnected the USB cable in the middle of flashing the ROM so it stopped.
Every time I try again, the same thing happens, the bar goes up to the same point (one third of the way) and stops.
I can't boot up the device, the only 2 things I can get access to is:
    -Download mode
-Screen where it says "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again"

It sounds as if the phone had been updated past 4.3 at one point. Have you tried to flash 4.4.2? Or whatever version was in it before?
