The CPU performance reaches about 3,000. The memory performs similarly to the Tegra 3 and the S4 beats it in that department. But other than that, the Exynos beats them both.
I have NEVER once placed a single cent on anything quadrant or any benchmark tells me... I've seen those things vary sooo much just in a matter of minutes running test after test....
Too in accurate and any ROM/kernel developer or even manufacture will stand there and tell you the same thing basically...
Those numbers look shopped because the tegra 3 numbers in quadrant is actually in the 5000's also and the S4's are in the 4000's.
The difference is that the 5000 one was done with either quadrant Professional for Quadrant Advanced. This one is one or the other. I think they used Professional. I will link the source article of Slashgear.

Here's more benchmarks like running java scripts, etc. I think the browser score will be noticeable in "real" world test. Honestly, TW will probably run lighter than Sense too.
