    Hello all, my first time on androidcentral forums!

    I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with their new galaxy s3?
    The first one i got wouldnt charge the battery so i had to get a new one, now the new one has gone wrong to... after about 2 weeks and a half of using my Home button sometimes gets stuck under the "chassy" or screen, whatever you call it.
    Notice that i never pressed too hard the button, droped the phone or anything...

    Now i'm just hoping that i get a new one instead of it repaired... and that it doesnt come faulty too... I'm starting to think that going from iphone 4 to galaxy s3 was a mistake with this experience....

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    I think theres a 1 yr manufacturers warranty that covers all defects.

    You're supposed to get brand new phone when it's under 30 days. I went through 5 Black Jack phones under 30 days several years ago.

    Well i just hope i don't have to go through 5 SGS3 too!
    Still i think it weird to get 2 faulty devices in a row.
    At the store they tell me since it has been over 15 days they do not guarantee it will be replaced with a new one but we will see (I'm from Portugal), since i live on a "remote location" they will have to ship it somewhere else for evaluation before a final decision is made on their part...
