Calendar/Recurring meeting problem

Is anyone having a problem where recurring meetings continue beyond the end date when the google calendar syncs to the s3 calendar app?

The appointments are not in gmail calendar beyond the end date on the web but continue beyond the end date on the phone. Any thoughts?

I have tried clearing the calendar data and resyncing but it still brings them back.

Same here. Recurring meetings entered from my tablet show up on the phone, but not the other way around. I have noticed that the phone appointments are branded with a blue bar on the left while tablet entries have a red bar. I'm not sure how to get those blue entries to sync and can't find anything helpful under "settings." Does anyone know how to get phone appointments to sync with Google cal?

I'm having this exact same problem with my S3 on Verizon. Please let me know if anybody finds a solution!

I deleted the calendar data under application manager and it fixed most of it. Now I am getting a random 12/31/1969 event notification, but it fixed the recurring meeting problem after it synced.
