While it would obviously make the phone look really nice... there's no way I'd do that since the screen sucks up the most battery power.

Plus... when you are not outdoors... 100% brightness can actually be too bright!

I run at 100 almost all the time. Id say maybe 2 or 3 times a week Ill turn it down because Im in bed and all the lights are off. Outside of that..I like it at 100.

It's too bright at 100% indoors. I adjust the brightness to the ambient light for comfort and to save on battery life...no sense burning battery if I can see it just fine at a lower brightness!

at 100% is the only way I can enjoy the screen. It's just about my only gripe with this phone(and the horrible bluetooth profile.)

I set it to auto when I'm outside and it seems to be at 100%. Indoors, I usually set it at 0%.

Sometimes I read the news before bed in the dark and even at 0%, it seems too bright. The phone at 0% is a lot brighter than my Galaxy Tab 7 Plus at 0%.

I am on power save so my guess is 40% which is still plenty bright and doesn't chew up a battery as fast as 100%.

100% all the time for me and my phone lasts all day with moderate use. As people get older their eyes need more light to see. That goes for the screens on these phones. So, for those who like their screens turned down now, just wait a few years. You'll be setting things brighter and brighter as the years pass . . . whether you like it or not.

I run at 15% as often as possible, 35% when I need just a bit more legibility, and 70% when outside on a sunny day. I rarely ever put it to 100%.

I'd say 15% happens about 80% of the time.

I usually run mine at around 50-60%. 100% is a bit too bright for my ol' eyeballs, and 0 is WAY too dark for me.

I'm usually at 75% indoors, 100% outdoors and I can still barely see it. It's a shame the auto-brightness works so poorly, I always just left my DX on Auto.

One of the first things I did when I got my phone was turn the brightness up to 100%. Then I turned the browser brightness to 100%. I haven't touched it since.

I just keep it on auto brightness and let it take care of it for me.

No, its not 100% accurate and occasionally it's too dim for outdoors and too bright for indoors, but I'm too lazy to keep fiddling with it manually.
