A guy i know from work uses this through he telescope and records videos on his laptop. He has the OG EVO and wanted to upgrade to the GS3 but also was thinking at getting a tablet. He wanted to know if he can connect the GS3 through the usb port to his camera, view the images and record them? I know the program he has on his computer processes the information but he wants to use something more portable. This is the Camera he has/

I don't know much about viewing and recording on the phone. I know we can transfer our screen to a monitor but can the gs3 work as a display also? I'm thinking he would need to use the gs3 camera up against the scope to record but then would it still work with his program?
