VPN Client not used but keeps showing new logs!!!

My wife and I updated our GS3's the other night and the VPN client was added on both our phones. Hers shows nothing in the logs, mine has traffic in the logs with warnings and ip address's in it. I clear them out daily and new ones keep logging. I am concerned as to what that traffic is, seens how I don't connect to any PC's! I have eliminated a lot off questionable apps, I run Lookout and Norton's. What else would be connecting to my phone?
Anyone know?

bump. i've never opened this app except for just now to see if the same might be happening to me. sure enough, my 10 day old s4 has a useage log. i should have taken a pic to show everyone, but i cleared all data and cache before i thought of doing so. ill open it up again in a few days to see if it happens again. seriously? no one else?

Where is this usage log?
Perhaps your mistake was in opening the app to begin with...
