Can't reply to thread for some reason

I was going to update a thread of mine this morning, but when I click on it, it does not take me to the form to post a note. Any thoughts? Do threads with no activity get locked after a certian time?

I just posted in that thread with no problems. Kill Tapatalk and restart it.
