It changes the way texts on websites are displayed so that they are suitable for viewing on a mobile device...example, a website that is not made for mobile viewing can be formatted automatically so that its easier to read on a mobile device...thats text reflow

Ok, got it. Thanks! Now, do certain browsers do or do not do this? Or is it device software specific option?

I think it refers to text refitting itself onto the screen after you re-size it while using a browser. Some browsers will re-arrange text to fit the desired size you choose, while others will force you to move your window left and right in order to read.

Hoov is right. When you pinch to zoom, the text should rearange so its readable without moving the page around.
Ive yet to see it work lol!
