If that's that case might have to go with a custom rom. I am rooted but was trying to avoid the custom roms maybe my only option though

So it appears that the JB update started rolling out to customers yesterday did mine ota this morning as of last night Kies wasn't registering that there was an update but nice to know that us metropcs customers didn't have to wait until 2014 to get it
