Firmware Update

Please I need help!!! My SGS3 needs a firmware update. I followed all the steps required. When the phone reboots, it goes up to 32% before ending abruptly. Once my phone is on, it says the firmware update has failed and asks me to use Samsung Kies. To make matters worse, my laptop doesn't support Samsung Kies. What will I do??

Kies is available for both Windows and Mac
