My Music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I am kinda new to the s3. I recently put like 980 songs on my s3. When I play the music (headphones or speakers) it will play fine for a song or maybe half of song sometimes and then it just stops working. Like the music is still going but the sound isnt coming out. Most of the time either i have to change the song or keep rewinding or fast forward it to play again.
PLEASE HELP I NEED MY MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it on the external SD Card? If so maybe format the SD card and see if that helps...If its on the internal, did you sync it? or did you drag and drop?

What folder did you put it in? I have mine in a folder named "Music" on my external SD, and haven't run into this problem.

Have you tried both music players (the Samsung Music Player and the Google Play Music?

no I put it directly on to my phone not the sd card.

Im not really sure what folder it is in but I used Easy Phone Sync that enables you to sync you itunes library to your phone.
