auto download mms

My express galaxy 4g can't auto turn on data and download mms.. I need to manual turn it on and then download the mms.. is it possibly that it can be turn on, whit root, app or somehow '

There are apps that you can use to set up something like that, but is there a reason that you don't just leave your mobile data connection enabled? If you normally have access to a WiFi connection, that will be the default connection that gets used, and your mobile data connection will only be used if necessary.
