Well, it's hard to predict based on less than 2 hours, but if my math is right..... And assuming the same very limited use: 8% of battery at 1 hr 49 minutes equates to more than 21 hours. I'm not sure you can expect much more than that. The fact that Android OS is so high as a percentage is, I think, a reflection of the fact that you didn't do much with the phone. All the percentages must add up to 100, so if the screen and the apps don't use much battery, the OS HAS to use a greater percentage of the total. I'd suggest to get a better feel for what's really going on you charge the phone again, then use the phone normally until the battery gets down to 50% or so, and let's take a look at these stats again.

That said, there are two things that strike me as odd. I'm not sure why WiFi is using so much. In the screen shots, you're not connected to WiFi. Are you leaving WiFi on when it's not connecting to anything? If so, that will use a lot of battery. Make sure WiFi is turned off when you're not using it. Sprint has a feature called Connection optimizer, which constantly searches for WiFi connections. If you're on Sprint, or your carrier has a similar feature, make sure that's turned off.

The other thing that seems odd is the Stay Awake time for the OS. First, it doesn't match the Awake time shown on the graph page (your last screen shown). And the awake time is virtually the same as total time on battery. I'm wondering if that's related to the WiFi, too, but don't really know.

If the WiFi and OS Waketime still seem very high after a longer period of normal use, I'd install he program Wakelock Detector, and see what's keeping the phone awake. Better Battery Stats is actually better and provide more detailed info, but start with WD, since it's free.

Still do not see anything out of the norm. 11hrs 9 min and still 41% remaining. Also with any new update it takes about a week or so for Battery usage to level out, but if you think you are having a problem, this is not what you want to hear, but it is recommended with any major/minor OS update to do a factory reset to clear old files that are still left from the old OS. Like a clean install on a PC as opposed to a upgrade. I was having problems with mine till the Factory Reset.
Go to Settings/Back up and reset, then choose Factory data reset.

It's possible to rollback to the previous build, but if I'm not mistaken, it's not possible to prevent the carrier from downloading an update unless you root the phone (and then take additional action) - is it really worth it to go through all of that?
As the previous poster noted, it's often a good idea to perform a Factory Reset following an OS update. If you invest a little time in preparing it's pretty quick to get your phone back to the way you like it:

The above will make it easier to restore things like your Home screen layout, SMS/MMS, etc.
The following will make it easier to track additional information about what's using your phone/battery:
