can t establish call fron samusung s3 to S2

Hi,
i m facing a problem with viber application :
i have it install in samsung S2 and i can call S3, but when i try to call or send a message from S3 to S2 I got a message; the contact no longer has viber installed!!.
please need help.

yes both with the last up date.
right i can call fron S2 to S3 but from S3 to S2 not possible.
