Basically, I lost my s3 without the sim card in it, because instead in my Mytouch 4g for tethering purposes. Now asurion wouldn't insure my s3. I know this isn't the first time this has happened to someone, but I've yet to find a solution. Is there anything I can do? I've filed a few claims , but they've all been rejected because of this.

Tough situation, but unfortunately (as previously explained) the insurance follows the SIM card active on your account. If you remove the SIM card from your S3 and begin using it in your Mytouch 4G, the coverage is now on your Mytouch 4G. If your S3 is damaged while you are using another device, it would not be covered. One policy cannot cover two devices. We would be happy to look into the details of your claim more and see if there is anything we can do. Can you PM us your claim ID and MDN? Thanks.
