Delivery Reports on O2

Hi all

I understand that on the O2 network in the UK the delivery report feature is not supported - you have to type in *0hashtag I think? I've done that for a message I wanted to send overseas from London, but still have not received a delivery report, though when I rang the number the phone I'm trying to ring seems to ring OK. Is there any reason I wouldn't receive a delivery report?

Have you tried contacting O2 about this? Seems like they would be the best resource.
