You can see the Link Speed in the OS, but that doesn't tell you which specification you're connected to. Wifi Analyzer: http://market.android.com/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer doesn't show you which specification you're connected to either except when you're connected to a 5GHz signal (dual-band N)
Why do you need to know?
Can't you look at your router to see what kind it is and how it's configured?
