Can i install latest Cyanogenmod 10.3.1 to my s3 if i have Android 4.1.2 installed? Which Gapps should i choose? Im confused...

Here is the official source for all Cyanogenmod files: CyanogenMod Downloads

I don't see an official 10.3 ROM for the GT-i9305, only 10.1 and 10.2 ROMs. There may likely be "unofficial" builds on XDA, which are fully functional. If you want an official build sit tight for a while and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before it makes it's way into the get.cm server.

Sorry. I ment 10.1.3, which is the releace candidate. Im just confused that do i need to update to android 4.2.2 before i install cm? Which Gapps do i choose from here: Goo.im Downloads - Browsing gapps ?

Juuso,
1. No, you do not need to load 4.2.2 in order to load CM 10.1.3 - CM is a complete replacement for the OS version currently on your phone (and is equivalent to Android version 4.2.2).
2. The GAPPS package that you need to load is the one dated 20130812 - that is the appropriate version for Android 4.2.2 (as shown in the table at the top of the page at goo.im/gapps that you pointed to).
3. You can use GooManager: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...details?id=com.s0up.goomanager&token=A-i4whxb to help with keeping your ROM updated.
