All I want to do is use my (Vista) computer as my Bluetooth speaker for my S3 like I used to with my Samsung Moment and the same computer. In other words, play music on the S3 but hear it from my computer while connected through Bluetooth.
I paired phone and computer via Bluetooth without issue (computer has same Bluetooth dongle I used when I paired the Moment.) But when I try to connect them for "media audio" or just plain connect them, the phone shows that its connected to media audio for only the slightest of an instance and then just shows "paired."
It seemed simple with the Moment. Please help. Thanks.

When you first connect the phone to your computer it looks like this

but then changes to show that it's just paired?
What happens on the computer end? Have you tried reconfiguring things on the computer? What about initiating the connection from the computer rather than the phone? (Unfortunately my laptop doesn't have bluetooth support or I'd test this out for you - sorry.)
