So I've received my new Samsung 3000mah extended battery in the mail yesterday morning and so far it's been great. I ordered it from mobilefun.com. Also ordered a case for it from diztronic.com which fit perfectly and they do offer different color cases as well for this specific battery which is awesome. I ordered the clear one because I have the white S3 and looks nice on it and that also came in the mail yesterday. Thickness is barely noticeable, if anything it adds enough thickness for better grip and sits alot better in your hand. It just adds about 3 more millimeters to the thickness which isn't that much to be honest.

Usage:

I've maxed out all my settings today, 100% brightness, overclocked the processor at 1.9Ghz, LTE and WiFi on all day, live wallpaper as my background, watching YouTube videos, Netflix, and streaming music most of the day basically threw everything I could at it and I've managed to squeeze almost 6 hours of screen time out of it which is of course amazing compared to the standard battery 2100mah which I could squeeze 3 or 4 hours (if I'm lucky) of screen time with minimal settings. Keep in mind I've only had the battery for 2 days so it could get even better within the next few days. Now that this phone will last me the whole day no problem, I'm thinking of holding out to upgrade and wait for the S5 or maybe the next version of the HTC One.

Overall:

I'm more than happy with this battery. No problems at all with the thickness and I can barely notice it when I'm using it, but it's a tad bit heavier and it's barely noticeable too but that's expected since it's a lightly thicker battery. I'd definitely recommend this battery of course. If you're not happy with the battery life you're getting now with the standard battery then you'll definitely want to give this battery a shot especially since it barely adds thickness or weight to the phone.

I've posted screenshots of my usage stats for today and keep in mind this is only day 2 and it could get even better:

Thanks for sharing. I've actually been thinking of getting an extended battery for mine and this sounds like exactly what I'm looking for.

So these are my usage stats 2 weeks later with 60% brightness, LTE and everything else ON except for Bluetooth and GPS. Also overclocked the processor at 1.8Ghz (using KT747 kernel if anyone is wondering) and this battery is still a beast. Yes I definitely recommend it. And if you are wondering what kind of battery life Im usually getting I've posted screenshots below of my usage stats today. Moderate browsing, watched a couple of YouTube videos in HD, tethering on LTE for about 45 min to an hour via Hotspot, streaming music almost all day, a bit of BBM and as well checking Instagram Twitter Facebook and Feedly fairly often, you know the usual plus more and it still handled the load very well.
