Replacing the S3 Front screen (NOT LCD)

Everything went well... all glue was taking off now I'm at a stand still.... Problem 1) The button connectors are barley attached to the phone i dont know ounce I put my new screen in and line it up if the buttons are going to work. Problem 2) the front speaker part of the phone, that little metal speaker on top, came undone and I have no clue if I need a new one or not or how it goes. Any advice or help?
