White Screen With Grey Horizontal Lines

My Samsung S3 just went all fuzzy on me. I pulled it out of my pocket, and all I could see was a white screen with grey lines on it. I have tried taking out the battery for a while. I tried charging the device, however it fails. The charging light does not come on, and it does not even respond when I switch the power button on...please help....

Can you charge the battery somewhere else?

Do you know anyone else with an S3 that you could have check out your battery?

If the phone won't turn on at all and you can eliminate the battery then your only option is to get it repaired.
