Equalizing Bluetooth Call Audio

I have a set of hearing aids that has a BT accessory that will stream the S3 Audio to my hearing aids. The hearing aid frequency response begins at 250 HZ and the audio music and the call audio are missing and bass to speak of and everything sounds tinny. I have been unable to get a god setup working with my audiologist. Is there a APP that will EQ both music and call audio?
