4.3 continues Google's UI redesign; it also includes Samsung's workaround that allows apps to be installed to the SD card; it includes an Enterprise feature called Knox that is supposed to help keep the device more secure (but which current information says will make it more difficult to root your phone, revert to previous builds or load other ROMs [if you're into that sort of thing - if not, don't worry about it])
BTW, you might want to give it a few hours before you repost for a follow-up - not everyone is constantly checking to see if there are any new posts (some people actually have lives outside of the forums).
