s3 4.3 update question

Since the update, my phone camera flash goes off when I receive calls and alarms. I can't figure out how to turn the flash off. Anyone help? Thanks!

Go to settings>my device tab>accessibility > scroll down to flash notification> check it then uncheck it

I know it already isn't checked but you have to check it then uncheck it for it to turn off
