I have a Verizon phone and I want to be able to use a different provider on it. I want to use cricket. Can someone tell me what I am supposed to do to get it to the point i can use a different service on it?

Verizon phones are incompatible:

You can try to flash the phone so it will work on Cricket, but not everything will work. That was a while back, so I am not sure how it is now.
