2.19.14 UpDate Download problems

I received notification to update my S III which I did. Now among other annoying changes is the problem of all available downloads download to the pull down screen. I can clear it but they come back. There are 50 of them and I cannot get them to go away. Anyone experience this after their update?

Yes common problem with the 4.3 update. Go into your App Drawer and open the Download app. Delete everything listed in the app. This will stop the downloads.
