Samsung Galaxy S3 stuck on logo screen???

Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 - GT-I9300 and it is stuck on the logo screen. I wont let me turn it off or do anything else while like that. I can get into recovery mode and download mode. I have cleared the catch and reset to factory but that did not do anything. In recovery mode it displays

E:failed to mount /system (Invaild argument)
can't mount ' /system (Invaild argument)
E:failed to mount /system (Invaild argument)

E:failed to mount /system (Invaild argument)
can't mount ' /system (Invaild argument)
E:failed to mount /system (Invaild argument)

I have tried to use odin to sort out the problem but odin won't pick up my phone. I have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers a few times and tried diffrent ports and cables but it doest work.
Odin picks up my other Samsung Galaxy S3 - GT-I9300 but not this one?

What have no idea what to do now? Does anyone know how to help me? Please!!

Strange that Odin doesn't see it since you said that Download mode appears to be working correctly. Does the Odin display appear normal?

You have taken the battery out to turn it off?

If /system is corrupted that accounts for why it won't boot but shouldn't have anything to do with the Odin connection issue.
