signal but no calls and sms

many times I have this now
phone says there is signal
but if you send sms or phone its switched off?

I need to restart phone, then I receive all sms from missed calls

am I the only one?

It is a service provider problem. Surely not your phones problem.

if I go to my provider and would ask for changing the sim card maybe help?

provider says it possible sim problem
later this week I will change him for a new one
