Video call using Viber on S4 mini

Hi

I've had a dual SIM Samsung S4 mini for a few months and I'm now trying to set up Viber for when my g/f goes on holiday so we can stay in touch.

Voice calls work fine but I can't work out how to place a video call from the phone.

It's easy on my PC as there are two icons alongside her name, a telephone handset for the voice call and a videocamera icon for the video call.

However on the Samsung phone alongside her name there is just a telephone handset, pressing on the handset icon does not seem to give me a video call option.

Help, please? Thanks
