Currently unable to download. Please try again later.

I have a Galaxy S3, running android 4.4.2. I can no longer receive MMS text messages. I dont know why. I have cleared all cache. I see a few reports on google, but the answers seem old. I am not sure, but I wonder if I have a video "stuck" trying to send or something. Is there a way to clear that? Or am I completely off base?

Update....
should have put in the message that ATT is the carrier. Contacted them and they "reset" my account, a router, device, the squirrel on the wheel, or something and now I can receive MMS. Dont ask my opinion on ATT. This is just one of many issues with them....
