Trouble downloading MMS picture with test.

I have trouble downloading pictures once in a while that come in with a text message. I get a square with a orange triangle in it, I can save the picture and see it as a thumb nail in my Gallery but if i try to enlarge it I see it in the large size for about 1 second and then it disappears. I have checked all the settings and all seem to be ok. This only happens once in a while, but when it does that picture can be sent many times and can not be downloaded. Went to the at&t store ,they looked at it for an hour but could not figure it out.

Maybe this is set to a timer? I remember that waaaaay back when MMS first appeared you could set a timer for images to play on the screen.
