Why are my apps closing suddenly on my G S3?

Sudden app closing, no keyboard for Chrome, laggy in general. GS3!

For a while now, my galaxy s3 has been acting weird...
Apps tend to shut down with no error message; when using chrome there is no keyboard (to get the keyboard, I have to shut down Chrome (along with all the tabs) and sometimes even do that several times...).
And the phone in general is very laggy.
The RAM (after clearing it) usage is ~750/830 almost all the time (IDK if that is okay, or not?).
I have done a factory reset for the phone like a month ago (I thought that it might help the phone to work faster and etc. At first it helped, but now I'm back at where I started - everything is laggy).

Maybe someone have already encountered such problem or would suggest something to try??

The cache clear is a good place to start. Do you have any apps that help clear RAM? Try a couple days of not using them and see if that helps.
