problem i want help please

hello,
my mobile samsung galaxy s3

suddenly all chat application stopped working like facebook chat , notifecation facebook ,whatsapp and viber
just i can browsing google chrome and posts ,comments and likes facebook
i suffer from this problem just with mobile data , i tried more signal same problem not solved
it work vey god with wifi

please help me

Check the configuration of your data connectivity:

1. Pull down your notification bar and open up Settings.
2. On many phones, your third option from the top is “Data Usage.”
3. Tap on that.
4. Check that the switch is “On.”

You can also check your data limits.

• From that same settings screen, you can drag the orange warning bar to a limit of your choosing.
• Your phone will warn you as you approach, with a notification shortcut to this screen.
• Be sure to set you Data Usage Cycle to match-up to your carrier’s billing cycle.

I done this options
mobile data is on
data usage was not work , i tried to change the orange limit and cycling not work yet
please help me

Check that background data is not limited. In settings - Data Usage tap on the three dots top right. Maybe it's a bit different in your phone, but the same "restrict background data" setting should be there.

it was internet acces point not right
i went to My network customer servies ,
and he check it and add new one in right option
