Having a problem after selecting the "wipe data/factory reset" option in the recovery menu.

After wiping all the data, I try to re-boot the phone but it constantly stays in the T-Mobile 4G LTE screen, And doesn't move. The LED indicator in the top left, is always a solid blue(Reason?) And I'd have to either remove the battery or press the power button to turn it off again.

In the Android system recovery screen, this is what I see.

# MANUAL MODE #
-- Applying Multi-CSC....
Applied the CSC-code : TMB
Successfully applied multi-CSC.
Red Text:
E:failed to mount /data (Invalid argument)
can't mount '/data' (Invalid Argument)
E:failed to mount /data (Invalid Argument)
E:Can't mount /data/log/recovery_log.txt.

I proceed to select wipe data, factory reset.
And I get
-Wiping Data...
-Formating /data...
-Formatting /cache
-Data wipe complete..

I hear the ding when starting it up, but it just stays on the T_Mobile screen.

Welcome to Android Central! That doesn't sound good. I wonder if the onboard memory is failing, which could lead to that failure to mount.
