[AC Question]

I have 4 different email addresses ,
I need to have 4 different notification sounds for each email. I can then recognise which business it is and either reply, pass on to another worker, delay replying . Etc
All I have at present is a small envelope and have only been able to set 1 notification
The phone is galaxy 3 gt19300

Most email clients can do this. Gmail, AquaMail, K9, Type Mail etc etc all can. Samsung provides their own email client and I assume that's what you're using. I don't know if or where the option is in your email app. The user manual might help.

But using Gmail as an example, you would go to:
Settings > Select account > Inbox sound > Sound > Select ringtone for that account.

The exact steps vary depending on the email client but the concept is the same. Get into the settings for each account and if the option for special notification sounds is available a little poking around will find it.
