Why doesn't my Samsung Galaxy S3 turn on?

Samsung Galaxy S3 doesn't turn on. At all.

A few days ago I was charging my phone. Mind you, my charger sucks. The battery ran out while charging (that's how bad it is) and since it hasn't turned on. Literally nothing happens when I try to turn it on. I plug it in, nothing. Black screen. Same with my PC. Nothing happens. The PC doesn't detect the phone and the charging icon won't appear. I've tried charging the battery with a Universal Charger; nothing. The phone just stays off. It doesn't even go to the Samsung logo screen. It just stays black. I need my phone, really. It's 193000 or whatever.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried a new charging cable/charging plug? It's likely that your battery died because it wasn't being charged properly, and won't work until you charge it successfully.

Find a cable and plug that work, and plug the phone into a wall outlet for at least 4 hours before even trying to turn it on again.
