My Galaxy S3 says the process com.android.phone has stopped whenever a call comes in, how can I fix it?

the galaxy S3 says the process com.android.phone has stopped whenever a call comes in

I can make calls ,receive text, go online, but cannot accept a call. The phone freezes, won't let me end or accept, but will let me reject with message.

Welcome to Android Central!

Try going in to your settings, applications, all apps, go to the phone app and clear the data. That should reset the app and may fix the issue.
