How can I fix my Samsung S3 Mini front-facing camera?

Samsung S3 Mini front-facing camera

i've got a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, one day i left it on the top of a wall and it started raining.
I didnt notice i left my phone there and later i took it and i was all wer.
I took out the battery and the sd card and put it in a pot of rice for 2 days.

It worked perfectly except for the camera.
I took it to a store so they could fix the problem but nothing worked, a few days later i noticed that the camera opened but only on snapchat (it just opens sometimes) and only the back camera, the front facing camera doesnt open. Neither of them (back and front) open in the Camera App it keeps saying "Camera failed to open".

This all happened a few months ago and i still havent found a solution. A few days ago, i tried new ways to fix it but nothing yet found. Yesterday, i tried clearing the data and cache, and the back camera finally opened in the Camera app but when i tried opening the front camera it said again "Camera failed" .

please HELP!!!! :'( :-\
