can some one help me? S3 I9300

today i recieved my "brand new" Galaxy S3 I9300 from ebay.

Upon installing an internet banking app, a window dislaying declined due to jailbreak/rooted.

This was ment to be brand new unlocked and box was sealed. no setup wizard either.
so i searched and removed the custom binary and root. but i inserted a 3 uk sim card to find no network.

any ideas please

If you haven't already, consider sending it back. Who knows what else has been done to the device. Request your money back and purchase a new device.

If you absolutely must keep it, consider a factory reset. That should take you through the setup process. Insert your sim card and make sure the proper apn's are set. 3 UK should have the correct apn's listed on their website.
