It is possible to change Fraquency of 4G LTE for 2100 To 2600

My galaxy Samsung S3 Verizon 4G LTE work in other country but the matter is to get 4G LTE in other country which they used other frequency of 4G .

Frequency of verizon 700 (Band 13) MHz, But in our country we have 800, 1800,2600 Mhz, There is any solution to get working 4G LTE in our country which have 800,1800,2600?

No, that's not possible. The Verizon Galaxy S3 does not have LTE radios for those frequencies so it's not capable of using them.
