Samsung Galaxy S3 mini stuck in bootloop and also unable to go to recovery mode?

My friend asked me to fix his phone(Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-i8190), coz I know a bit of flashing roms myself. But only flashing roms using recovery mode. His first problem was his phone won't suddenly turn on. He said he was just charging and then it just won't turn on. He asked his friend to try fix it. He did, but I guess the rom is gone. It just goes stuck on bootloop. I can't even access recovery mode. The symbol of recovery mode shows up a bit and back to boot loop. Download mode works, but no idea how it can help. Hope you can.

Time to update your skills and learn how to flash stock firmware using Odin.

Find a tutorial on how to flash using Odin.... After that find the latest stock firmware for your friends phone.

Remember... It's very important that you download the newest firmware version for the GT-i8190.

If your friends phone can access download mode it should be fixable.

Again.... Before jumping into flashing etc. Read up... Watch a YouTube video..

When flashing there is always a risk of hard bricking the phone to the point of no return (not fixable)

Do so at your own risk..... Or take it to a shop and let them do it.
