can I restore all the apps I had downloaded on my Samsung S3 before I factory reset it

I have tried everything I know but hopefully there is something I missed to restore all the apps I had downloaded after I factory reset my Samsung S3. Now I can't even sign into gmail?????

Short answer - not unless you backed them up before you did the reset.

Just go to the Play store, to My Apps, and install all of them. (The button will say Installed, not Install, but it will still install them.) To get into GMail, just enter your GMail account information in Accounts. There should be an email app by default. Any email app can access any email account if it has the login and password.
