What is up with my SG3 screen?

I like to bring my phone in the shower with me so I can sing. I never dropped it in there but every time I come out the screen stops responding for a little bit but returns to normal in a few mins. But this time it was different. The last few days it shows other places being tapped and I'm not there. Today someone called be and it was flashing brightly. I took out the battery and now the screen is black but I can feel it vibrating when I touch the space the keyboard is. Sometimes it will turn on but the screen will work for two seconds and then be this purplish pink. What did I do to my phone?
