    Can I replace the T-Mobile SIM card in my Galaxy S3 SGH-T999L Android Version 4.1.2 phone so I can activate with Verizon?

    Welcome to Android Central! I doubt it. Verizon still relies on the CDMA network for much of its voice service, and the T-Mobile variant doesn't support CDMA. Specs - T-Mobile Cell Phones SGH-T999L | Samsung Cell Phones
